What countries do you ship to?

Sidi ships all over the EU.

Which courier is assigned the shipment?

We rely on GLS, BRT, UPS e DHL.
You will receive by email the tracking number to know the status of the shipment.

What are the delivery times?

All orders are normally processed in 1 business day. Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination.

For Italy 1-3 working days.
For the EU 3-5 working days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free in the UK for orders over €60 and in the EU over €99. Calculate actual shipping costs by country on the checkout page.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS MANAGEMENT

How can I make a return?

The Customer has a right of withdrawal that he/she can exercise, without having to justify the reasons, within a period of 14 working days from the day of receipt of the ordered items.

The right of withdrawal can be communicated within the above-mentioned period, by e-mail.

How much does it cost to make a return?

The only cost to be incurred are the shipping costs related to the return of the goods are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, and thus receive a refund of the full amount of the order (including shipping contribution, if any), the items must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging in perfect condition and by prior agreement with Calicantus S.r.l.

Merchandise must be returned by insured parcel carriage paid to SIDI SPORT S.R.L., VIA DEI RIZZI, 2-A, 31010 MASER TV, IT; no parcel shipped COD or carriage paid will be picked up by Calicantus S.r.l.

Can I make a size change?

A size change is treated as a product return. You will simply return the merchandise and place a new order.

When and where will the refund be issued?

We reserve up to 14 business days to issue your refund. Despite this you should normally receive it within a few days from the time we received the return.

We will issue the refund on the same payment method as your order.

Please note that the timeframe for re-crediting amounts may vary depending on the bank that issued your card.

How does the Sidi warranty work?

All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the dealer for any kind of manufacturing defect. This means that for purchases made on sidi.com you can contact us directly and get assistance with Sidi.

I purchased a product from a retailer, how can I proceed?

If you purchased a SIDI product from a retailer, you must contact them for warranty support.

Only at the store where you made the purchase can you open a claim. Sidi cannot handle returns or repairs of products not purchased on sidi.com

Do you offer a repair service?

Sidi does not offer a repair service, but you can find the necessary spare parts on our website sidi.com so that you can proceed on your own.
