Discover the most interesting stages of the tour through the eyes of the Sidi riders.

Tao Geoghegan Hart is making his Tour de France debut, and the stage he's most looking forward to is the 15th from Céret to Andorra La Vella (191.3 km) that crosses the legendary Pyrenees. This will be the only stage outside the French border, where there will be four categorized climbs to tackle before a descent to the finish line in Andorra-La-Vella. "The day I'm looking forward to with excitement, is the home stage that goes right through my apartment in Andorra!" says the Brit. "I'm looking forward to racing on the roads I train on every day, it's a really nice stretch that goes through Cerdanya and up to Andorra."

The stage will be the crowning moment for a true king of the mountains and the route seems to suit Tao, who is a strong climber and a spectacular rouleur, able to show his young talent even in the most critical points like the last descent before the finish line.

At his feet

Tao Geoghegan Hart has chosen the Sidi Shot 2 model on his first Tour de France: A high-performance shoe characterized by an excellent response during the pushing phase.

A shoe which is also worn by Pello Bilbao, Jelle Wallays, Ruben Guerreiro, Richard Carapaz, Chris Froome, Simon Yates, Chris Hamilton e Davide Formolo, the Shot 2 has many strong points such as the Tecno 3 Flex closure system to completely eliminate pressure on the instep and greatly improve the feeling of closure and the carbon sole C-Boost SRS, distinguished by the particular shape of the metatarsal area that allows for greater power transmission to the pedals.
