Immense Pauline

Pauline dominates in front of her home crowd in Les Gets. Two rainbow jerseys were won by the French athlete, who was confirmed as world champion in the Elite Cross-country, after having already won the gold medal in the Short Track speciality on Friday 26 August. 

This is the tenth gold medal she has won so far: six in the Cross-Country Elite speciality, one in the Cross-Country Short-Track, two in the Junior category, one in the Cross-Country Marathon, and three in the Mixed Relay.

Determination and talent are the two adjectives that can easily be attributed to the multiple award-winning Ferrand-Prévot, who describes her new adventure as follows: "That was my goal for the season. I proved that I can be there on the big occasions. I am happy to have made it, I have been in the group for a while now, to win two world titles in three days is absolutely fantastic for me.”

Soft Instep Closure System, Tecno-3 Push System, Single Tecno-3 Push, MTB SRS Carbon-Ground, Adjustable Technical Heel and Rubber Toe are the main features of these shoes. While the strap positioned on the instep ensures even pressure, the Tecno-3 Push System contributes by adapting the upper to the shape of the foot. The fit is then customised through a micro-adjustment ensuring a perfect balance of tension between the inside and outside of the shoe by means of the Single Tecno-3 Push. 

The adjustable heel improves the fit and the reinforced heel stabilises and supports the heel by reducing slippage while providing more transfer power.  The anti-slip rubber toe protects against shocks and debris while the sole, made with replaceable inserts on the toe and heel, is designed to prevent possible damage from contact with the pedal.
